How To Be The Ultimate Version Of You

Do you feel you have not reached your full potential? Do you feel like kicking yourself that you didn't act differently?

 

Nearly every person I coach or every person I speak with after a presentation has the exact the same problem.... they have a vision of how they would like to be but they are not acting/behaving in a way that is going to get them there.

 

Give this exercise a go....

1 - Spend a few moments imagining the perfect version of you (go in to as much detail as possible)

2 - Ask yourself 'is the way you are acting and behaving currently going to create the ideal you?' (I already know there are a few things you are going to need to change)

3 -  Decide upon 2 or 3 things that you could start doing differently (1 of them HAS to be something you can change right now)

 

This is a great exercise to carry out on a regular basis, my advise though is to only focus on changing 2 or 3 things at a time otherwise it can seem overwhelming.
