Would you like to stretch what you think you are capable of?
Stepping out of your comfort zone, pushing the boundaries of where you feel comfortable is a time when you will grow, it is in these moments that you will learn so much about yourself.
If you’re ready to set new limits for yourself then give the confidence challenge a go.
The Confidence Challenge
1) Write down something you are scared, of something that makes you feel uneasy
2) Write down a small challenge that would make you step into this fear (something scary but manageable)
3) Write down a medium challenge that would make you strap in to this fear (this challenge need to stretch you even writing it makes you feel uneasy)
4) Write down a big challenge that would make you step in to this fear (this needs to really challenge you, the thought of doing it scares the pants off of you)
Looking at them now the medium thing probably doesn’t seem quite so bad in comparison to the big challenge.
Now Try This....
The challenge is to commit to the medium thing, step out and do it, it doesn’t matter if it goes well or not,
If it goes well....... hooray, now think how could you stretch yourself further next time 🙌🏻
If it doesn’t go so well...... hooray, ask yourself what did you learn and how will you do it differently next time 🙌🏻
