People read body language books because they want to become mind readers, they are hoping that by learning this second language they will be able to decode everyone they meet, they will be able to tell when people are lying or holding back vital information.
While this sounds exciting and very Sherlock Holmesey, the reality is most people don't become behaviour experts, they end up focusing so much on trying to analyse others that they don't engage in the interaction.
In this one minute mindset I share what I think is the most important thing when it comes to reading body language, and it has nothing to do with readings others.
