Most conversations start of pretty much the same, we meet someone, they tell us where they are from, or what they do, and we ask a few generic questions based on this information.
These types of conversation are run of the mill, they do not stand out and just become another conversation that gets lost in the murky sea of daily interactions.
If you want to create intrigue, stand out and be remembered you need to approach conversations on a mission to add some flare, create moments that will draw people in and capture their attention.

Zeigarnik Effect - people remember uncompleted or interrupted tasks better than completed tasks.
